Indiana's scene is small but unusually settled. Its two Indianapolis clubs have both been around long enough that plenty of their regulars joined decades ago.
Reel One Indy on West Washington Street opened in 1992 and describes itself as the only woman-owned swingers club in central Indiana. It runs Friday and Saturday nights until 3 a.m. across three floors, with themed playrooms, a movie room and balconies over the dance floor. The one rule people trip on: it is beer only, bring your own, and nothing is sold. Clubhouse 2050 on East Michigan Street, near downtown, calls itself the state's longest-running members-only club. An hour northeast, Club NV in Muncie opens Saturdays from 7 p.m. with a DJ, an outdoor patio with a fire pit, and a pool table outside. It is run by a lifestyle couple and asks you to arrive before midnight.
Couples in Northwest Indiana are closer to the Chicago suburbs, and Evansville couples often look toward Louisville. Both Indianapolis clubs require membership, and both are 21 and over.
